During the whole warranty period, after receiving the returning product from customer, we ensure the available instrument will arrive in customer hands within 20 business days (including replace product or repair).Maintenance Directions:Warranty period is 24 months.During repair, the instruments or accessories would be substituted by new one. Following conditions could not belong to free maintenance range:Beyond warranty period;Burn caused by electric shock or improper installation;The faults caused by improper operation or environment;The faults caused by improper dismantle or change;The destroy caused by irresistible factors.
